While gaining hands-on experience working with different brands as a consultant and team member, I found great satisfaction in helping others grow and improve their skills, especially in digital media, marketing, and audience development. I particularly enjoyed supporting small initiatives outside major cities, which led me to travel across Georgia to organize dedicated workshops and training sessions. I was invited to lecture at universities, training centers, and various international programs. To enhance the learning experience, I used tools like Google Classroom for lectures, Miro and Jamboard for collaboration, and organized meetings via Zoom and Teams. Through these experiences, I refined my workshop development skills and created numerous syllabi for students and industry professionals.
